World Migratory Bird Day is an annual world-wide event, highlighting the need for, the conservation of migratory birds and their habitats. Celebrated on May 11th and October 12th, 2019, this year’s theme is “Protect Birds: Be the Solution to Plastic Pollution”.  Join Frank on a guided bird walk in the field behind the museum, an essential part of the busy east coast flyway for many migrating bird species. This is a free program.

Advanced reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735.
