Program Presenter: Jim MacDougall, representative from the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center
Wildlife on Long Island faces many dangers both natural and man-made. When wild animals become injured, wildlife rehabilitators can mean the difference between life and death. Learn how you can help animals in distress right here where you live. Jim will be bringing many of the educational raptors of Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center, including a Red-tailed Hawk, Peregrine Falcon, Long-eared Owl, Eastern Screech Owl, and a Eurasian Eagle Owl. This is a free program.
Advanced reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735.
