Conscience Point Shellfish is a nonprofit organization with the mission to educate community members about the benefits of aquaculture, with a focus on using shellfish to help restore the Peconic Estuary. The organization’s farm raises oysters to market size and then sells them to local families, seafood markets, and restaurants. The Hatchery also donates thousands of oysters to the Southampton Town Trustees, where they then seed the oysters into the Estuary.
