Diamondback terrapins are one of the most unique turtles on Long Island. They are the only turtle that occurs in brackish water in New York. Join John Turner for this presentation on Friday July 10th at 7pm to learn all about diamondback terrapins. The presentation will provide an overview on the species, offering basic information about them, as well as talk about what one can do to help them survive on Long Island.
