Workshop Leader: Dr. Quincy Egginton, artist and art educator
Winter skies and cold temperatures often produce snowflakes and the young and young at heart are delighted. In this class we will learn about the weather conditions that lead to snow, the varied structures of the snowflake form and about photographers who challenge themselves with capturing their images. Students will be directed to fold squares of white paper and cut them to produce a snowflake design. Numerous designs will be made, and the arrangement will be collaged onto a large sheet of paper. A border will be sponge printed with white paint. There is a materials fee of $5 per child for this program. All materials will be provided.
There is a $15 fee for Adults and $10 fee for children for this program. Members only pay materials fee.
