This second Friday night in the SOFO Drawdown East End (DDEE) series will focus on Drawdown’s unlikely third most effective solution to reversing global warming, Reducing Food Waste.

The session will focus on tips, tools, and practices we can all use in our daily lives to reduce food waste by planning smart, shopping smart, storing smart, and creating culinary masterpieces with what’s left uneaten! All of which will result in the Drawdown of carbon emissions, reversing global warming, and saving money for you!

Learn the power of what is in your refrigerator, what other communities are doing and the great apps that are making the impossible possible.
