Walk Leader: Joe Giunta, birding instructor for the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, trip leader for New York City Audubon and lecturer for many local chapters, and owner of Happy Warblers LLC, a birding and educational travel company

The first Canadian cold weather fronts come through our area at this time of year, bringing with them waves of migrating passerines (perching birds). Most of these birds migrate at night but, during the day, they alight to feed and rest. Join Joe, expert birder and delightful instructor, on this, one of his most popular walks.

Advanced reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735.
