The Southern Leopard Frog, once one of Long Island’s most abundant frog species, has virtually vanished from our area. Join us for an exciting Zoom lecture highlighting the natural history, ecology, and decline associated with the Southern Leopard Frog on Long Island. After an introduction to this cryptic species, stick around to learn about SOFO’s Southern Leopard Frog research and rediscovery efforts. This program is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 and older.
