Learn about how these mollusks are cultured from spawn to seeding size for transplant in our local south shore waters. Get hands-on by taking a boat ride to look into the cages and climb up on to the floating workstation to perform some of the maintenance tasks. Bring your own chest waders if you have them and get in the water to try digging a few clams!
