Join John Shemilt for an enjoyable program that will give you first-hand experience in caring for purple martins. John will explain what it takes to care for these beautiful Long Island birds, which is not as simple as it may seem. John will explain the importance of feeding purple martins at this time of year and the methods he uses to feed them, then you will get an opportunity to help him prepare for the upcoming nesting season.
