YES! Presents: Mindful Movement, Wellness Sundays

Come experience the joy of mindful movement with Karen Meyer. Focus will be on the balance of conscious breathing, peace and calm from meditation and sound healing. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable shoes. Limited enrollment.
