Learn not only how the hard-shelled clam performs all the life functions we as humans do but leave understanding how important the popular seafood is to our Long Island economy, how significant the harvest of hard clams has been throughout Long Island history, and lastly how it fits in the current Long Island aquaculture arena. Materials fee: $5.
