As we plant and tend to our gardens throughout the seasons, many types of insects and other invertebrates make their homes among the petals, leaves, and roots. The variety of these little critters is as important as it can be problematic for both amateur and experienced gardeners alike. Now it’s up to us to determine how best to manage our insect neighbors, and learning who’s there and what their roles are is the first step!
