What are the key differences between turtles and tortoises, both reptiles, but quite different? In this program, Sandra will introduce you to a live representative of each group─an Eastern Box Turtle that lives at SOFO and a special guest, a Russian Tortoise, which is not native to our area. Some people think that all turtles can swim. Do you think so? Come to this program with Sandra and find out.

There is a $15 fee for Adults and $10 fee for children for this program. Members are free

Advanced reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735 or email info@sofo.org.
