The woods, fields, wetlands, and surface waters of the Long Pond Greenbelt provide nesting, foraging, and resting habitat for a rich diversity of avian life. More than 125 species of birds regularly use the Greenbelt for all or part of the year. Join us, as Frank presents a PowerPoint presentation on the various bird species found in this magnificent habitat. The talk will be followed by a leisurely walk from the nature center down to Crooked Pond, to observe some bird life. Bring your binoculars!

Advanced reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735.
