Students will be introduced to the role that enrichment objects play in the rehabilitation of injured wildlife and will get an opportunity to interact with materials and design their own enrichment to be used for the NYMRC’s seals and sea turtles currently in rehabilitation!

Each group wanting to participate in the enrichment making and design is advised to bring in one of the following: laundry bin, grocery store basket, or non-destructible dog toy.

Program Leader: New York Marine Rescue Center Staff

This program is for ages 14-18 and up.

There is a fee of $20 per person for this program. Advanced reservations are required for all events.
