SUMMARY:“BioBlitz”─Surveying the Life of Vineyard Field
DESCRIPTION:A BioBlitz is a snapshot in time of a community of living things. It can be as long as 24 hours or for just a few hours.  When making this type of scientific survey\, scientists and volunteers work together to identify as many species of plants\, animals\, fungi\, and other organisms as possible in a specific location. These events combine citizen science with ecological monitoring to document local biodiversity.
