DESCRIPTION:Easy does it! \nLet’s explore finding and maintaining balance\, \nListening to inner wisdom\, \nFollowing Divine Guidance through breath\, \nMindfully moving from inspiration to action\, \nConnecting with self\, with others and with Nature. \nYoga \nPlease join Karen for an hour of Yoga at \nSOFO on Thursday afternoons\, starting June 13th @ 4:15 PM \nWe will practice outside\, in the beauty of Nature \n(In the back of the building\, on a wooden patio\, protected from the sun) \nPlease bring your own props \n(yoga mat\, 2 blocks\, a strap\, a towel\, and water) \nWear comfortable clothing \nEveryone welcome\, regardless of experience \nRSVP is mandatory \nas class size is limited \nwith respect to individualized needs \n  \nYoga Instructor: Karen Meyer \nThis program is for adults. \nFor non-members\, there is a $25 fee for this program.
