DESCRIPTION:A delightful combination of Yoga-like stretches\, Qi Gong\, 5 element dance\, and a lot of joy!  Life Lovers of all ability levels are encouraged to join. Breath\, stretch\, move\, listen and relate. Be in right relationship to self\, to others\, and to Nature. Feel alive\, relaxed and Zenergized! \nThese classes will be held outside embraced by the beauty of Nature\, on a wooden deck\, protected from the sun. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. \nThe one-hour classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 4:30PM\, through the months of July\, August\, and September. \nThis program is for adults. \nZenergy Leader: Karen Meyer \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \nSofo Members: $10 per class\, Non-Members: $20 per class. \nLimited reservations.
