Workshop Leader: Taylor Ruhle, South Fork Natural History Museum (SoFo) Nature Educator     Environmental Educator

A tin can—please, bring your own—comes to life in this program that recycles the can and brings it to     life as a tin-man or tin-woman planter. Let Taylor show you how to turn a simple tin can—a soup can or coffee  can—into a delightful planter by giving it a face and arms and topping it off with a Northern Blue Flag Iris (Iris versicolor), a spring bloomer that is native to the Eastern United States.

Advance reservations are required for all events. For more information, reservations, and directions to meeting places, please call: (631) 537-9735.
